Whilst traditionally the Sontec name has been associated with the reprocessing of manufacturers stock returns, it is in recent years that we have focused on the Customer Service side of the business. Still retaining excellent stock and rework facilities, the provision of an industry leading customer repair facility has been driving the continuous programme of improvement.

Our software systems and our accreditation to the ISO9001/2008 quality standard give us the job management facilities that are second to none. We are able to offer web site access to job information to both brands and retailers. Our dedicated customer service team is able to arrange collection and delivery nationwide and have up to date technology including automatic email and SMS messaging facilities ensuring both customers and retailers are kept up to date with the progress of their repairs.
